Common questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product category and material. As a general guide, we accommodate development orders from 50 units and scaled production runs from 200 units.
What are your lead times?
Standard production lead times are 8–10 weeks from approved sample and confirmed order. Development and sampling typically takes 3–4 weeks.
Do you offer private label or custom production?
Yes. We are fully set up for private label production, custom development, and bespoke sizing and finishing.
What compliance certifications do you hold?
Our leather supply chain is audited by the Leather Working Group (LWG). Natural fibres are tested to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. All products entering the European market comply with REACH.
What are your shipping terms?
We ship on FOB Delhi terms as standard. CIF and DDP arrangements can be discussed for established wholesale partners.
Can I order a single piece for retail?
Yes. Our online shop is open for individual retail purchases. The same production standards apply — there is no lower-grade line.
